Cheesy Buffalo Chicken Bites

YIELD: 12 SERVINGS 

PREP TIME: 10 MINUTES 

COOK TIME: 10 MINUTES 

TOTAL TIME: 20 MINUTES 


INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 Package (12 -count)  frozen or refrigerated phyllo cups, thawed. 
  • 1 Cup shredded chicken ( I used rotisserie)   
  • 4 Ounces of cream ceese, softened 
  • 2 Tablespoons buffalo sauce 
  • 1/4 cup shredded cheese
  • 1 package of ranch dressing mix 
  • 1 tablespoon finely chopped chives (optional)

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Set your phyllo cups on a baking sheet, about 2 inches apart. 
  2. In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken , cream cheese, buffalo sauce, shredded cheese, and ranch dressing mix. Stir until mixed well. 
  3. Scoop about 1 tablespoon into each phyllo cup. 
  4. Bake at 350 degrees for 8-10 mintues. The cups will be golden brown. Remove from the oven and sprinjle with chives.
