Christmas Tree Pull Apart Bread

YIELD: 16 SERVINGS 

PREP TIME: 15 MINUTES 

COOK TIME: 15 MINUTES 

TOTAL TIME: 30 MINUTES 



INGREDIENTS:

  • 2 Cans Jumbo flaky biscuits
  • 1 8oz bag Cubed Monterey Jack Cheese
  • 4 oz Shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 8oz Jar of pizza sauce (optional) 
  • 1/2 stick of butter
  • 1 Tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning 
  • 6-8 cherry tomatoes (optional)


Needed Supplies:


Large Baking Sheet

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Preheat oven to 425 Degrees and line your baking sheet with parchment paper. Spray the parchment paper with nonstick spray (This will make removing the "tree" so easy once done)
  2. Pop open both cans of biscuits and add in 2-3 cubes of cheese per biscuit. 
  3. Using your fingers, gently pull in all corners of the dough making a "ball" shape. Complete until all dough balls are complete.
  4. Place the "ball" seam side down on the baking sheet. Line in a pyramid formation (4,3,2,1) You will have one extra ball (I  use this as a taste tester). Just make sure to place it far enough away from your tree so it doesn't combine. 
  5. Place tomatoes on top if desired. 
  6. Bake for 12-15 Minutes. Serve with warm pizza sauce if desired.
