Carrot Patch Cheesecake

YIELD: 8 SERVINGS

 PREP TIME: 20 MINUTES 

TOTAL TIME: 2 HOURS 20 MINUTES 


INGREDIENTS:

  •  1 11.1 oz box no bake cheesecake
  • 1 package of Oreos, crushed 
  • 1 Container fresh strawberries, washed
  • 1 package of starbursts
  • 8 oz bag of white chocolate chips
  • Orange food coloring 


Needed Supplies:


Pie Pan

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Spray your pie pan with nonstick spray or oil.
  2. Prepare your no bake cheesecake according to the directions. 
  3. smash your Oreos to a fine consistency. This will be your "dirt" for the "carrot patch".
  4. Place you smashed Oreos on top of your cheesecake filling. 
  5. Melt your white chocolate in 30 second intervals, stirring in between. Add in your orange food coloring (or 3 drops of red and 2 drops of yellow)
  6. Dip your strawberries into the orange chocolate, coating up to the stem.
  7. Place your strawberries in your Oreo dirt and place your starbursts around them.
  8. Let chill for 2 hours before serving.
