Carnivore Lasagna

YIELD: 12 SERVINGS 

PREP TIME: 20 MINUTES 

COOK TIME: 30 MINUTES 

TOTAL TIME: 50 MINUTES


INGREDIENTS:

  • 12 eggs, whisked
  • 1 1/2 lbs ground beef
  • 8 oz Ricotta 
  • 8 oz Mozarella
  • sauce ( I   used tomato sauce for this but if you are strict carnivore you can use Alfredo sauce)

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Brown your ground beef in a large skillet. Drain off fat and set aside. 
  2. Whisk your eggs together in a large bowl and beat until well combined. 
  3. Place on your baking sheet and bake at 350° for 20-25 minutes. 
  4. Once your eggs are done, cut them into long strips. These are your "noodles". 
  5. Place 1-2 tablespoons of sauce in the bottom of your lasagna pan. Top with a layer of noodles. Add in your ground beef, ricotta, and mozzarella. 
  6. Repeat with a layer of noddles, meat, and cheese. You will have roughly 3-4 layers. On your final layer, top with sauce and more mozzarella. Bake at 350° for 1-15 more minutes.
