Pizza Stuffed Chicken

YIELD: 6 SERVINGS 

PREP TIME: 10 MINUTES 

COOK TIME: 25 MINUTES 

TOTAL TIME: 35 MINUTES 


INGREDIENTS:

  • 5-6 chicken breasts, Filleted 3/4 of the way through
  • 1 cup marinara sauce 
  • 1 6 oz package of pepperoni slices 
  • 1 package fresh mozzarella, sliced 
  • 8 oz shredded mozzarella 
  • basil (optional)

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Fillet your chicken breasts until they are cut open 3/4. Make sure not to cut all the way through. 
  2. Add in 1-2 tablespoons of marinara and a couple of slices of mozzarella. Place your pepperonis on top of the cheese and seal. 
  3. Add another tablespoon of marinara on top of the chicken breast and sprinkle with shredded mozzarella. Top with Basil if desired. 
  4. Air fry at 400 degrees for 20-25 minutes. 
  5. Serve over pasta if desired.
