Protein "Cheesecake"

YIELD: 1 SERVINGS 

PREP TIME: 10 MINUTES 

COOK TIME: 

TOTAL TIME: 10 MINUTES


INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 cup plain greek yogurt 
  • 1-2 scoops of your favorite protein powder (I  used Premier Protein for this)
  • 2 tablespoons whipped cream cheese 
  • Strawberries, or other desired toppings.
  • 2 squares of Graham Crackers

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Add your yogurt, protein powder, and cream cheese in your bowl and mix well. 
  2. Add in your desired toppings and enjoy!
