Protein Donut Bites

YIELD: 12 SERVINGS 

PREP TIME: 20 MINUTES 

COOK TIME: 10 MINUTES 

TOTAL TIME: 30 MINUTES 


INGREDIENTS:

  • 1/2 Cup Greek Yogurt
  • 2 Scoops Protein Powder (I  used Premier Protein Vanilla)
  • 1/2 Cup All Purpose Flour
  • 2 Teaspoons Cinnamon
  • 1 Teaspoon Baking Powder
  • 2 Tablespoons Brown Sugar
  • 3 Tablespoons Butter, melted
  • Brown sugar for dusting (can also use regular sugar or powdered sugar)

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Combine yogurt, flour, protein powder, cinnamon, baking powder, and brown sugar in a large bowl. Mix until well combined. 
  2. Pinch off pieces of your dough, rolling between your hands to  create a ball. 
  3. Place your dough balls on your aluminum foil lined cookie sheet. 
  4. Bake at 325 degrees for 8-10 minutes. 
  5. Melt your butter in a separate bowl. When donuts are done, place them one by one in your melted butter and then sprinkle with your sugar.
