- Cut your cheese in half. I prefer cut into triangles but cut in half into rectangles is totally fine as well.
- Put your cheese on your cookie sheet and bake at 350° for 6 minutes. Your cheese will be melted and brown around the edges.
- move to a plate to cool and bake another round of cheese slices for 6 minutes. This will become the top of your ravioli.
- Brown your ground beef in your skillet. Let drain and set aside.
- To make your Alfredo sauce, add your 2 tablespoons of butter to your skillet, your milk, heavy whipping cream, and parmesan. Stir until well combined. Add in your salt, pepper, and garlic. Stirring to combine.
- Once your second layer of noodles is done, scoop the ground beef onto your noodle. Place the second noodle on top and gently pinch the edges closed. Bake for an additional 2-3 minutes to seal your noodle.
- Serve your noodles with Alfredo sauce and enjoy!
Notes: Each piece of cheese will create 2 slices. 2 slices is equivalent to 1 "noodle".
You can use jarred Alfredo Sauce if you prefer.
