COOK TIME: 12 MINUTES

TOTAL TIME: 22 MINUTES

INGREDIENTS:

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Combine your pancake mix, egg, and milk in the bowl of your stand mixer.
  2. Mix on low speed for 3-5 minutes. Ensuring all flour is mixed throughly.
  3. Spray your cookie sheet with nonstick spray or butter.
  4. Pour your pancake mix onto your cookie sheet. Top with any desired toppings and bake at 350 degrees for 10-12 minutes. The top will look really shiny and lightly browned when done.
