Whipped Goat Cheese Spread

YIELD: 12 SERVINGS 

PREP TIME: 20 MINUTES 

COOK TIME: 20 MINUTES 

TOTAL TIME: 40 MINUTES 


INGREDIENTS:

  •  6 Slices of bacon, cooked and crumbled 
  • 11 Ounces of Goat cheese, softened. 
  • 3 Green onions, sliced 
  •  honey, for drizzling (optional)
  • Black pepper   
  • crackers or veggies for serving

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. I   let the Goat cheese sit out at room temperature for about 2o minutes. 
  2. Place the goast cheese in your blender. Blend until completley creamy and whipped. About 2-3 minutes. 
  3. Spread the goat cheese into your bowl. Drizzle with your honey. Top with bacon and chives.
  4. Serve with crackers or veggies
